With experience gained by working on complex initiatives across organizations, Aniela's framework agnostic approach allows those she works with to co-create solutions that will ensure lasting results for their specific contexts.

Aniela holds two Master's Degrees in Business and Organizational Change, and is a committed life long learner around all things at the intersection of culture, systems and operations. She is a proud mom to two boys and spends her free time in the great outdoors around Vancouver where she lives.
