Caroline Samné is the co-founder of The Pillars a Montreal based consulting firm which specializes in organizational effectiveness;specifically in organizational culture and transformation, organizational learning, the development of leadership and team development. Caroline is very passionate about helping leaders develop organizations that know how to thrive through and create change enabled cultures for on-going success.

Developing and supporting cultures that thrive and embrace change is at the core of her passion. A life-long learner Caroline also teaches part-time in the faculty of Applied Human Sciences at Concordia University since 2002
