Pranay wears many hats. On any given day, he functions as a Physician, an Educator, a Real Estate/Venture Capital Investor, a consultant, a Co-Founder, and President of Ascent Equity Group, Co-Creator of Passive Real Estate Academy, and finally, the Host of the From MD to Entrepreneur Podcast.

All of Pranay's endeavors revolve around one core belief: that collaboration can solve any problem through truly innovative solutions. His focus has been on building a community of physicians interested in real estate and passive investing. He is drawn to physicians because of their innate drive to help others and give back, ensuring that their work and investments are ethical, equitable, and historically profitable.

Pranay recently Co-Founded Ascent Equity Group, a real estate investment firm with a national scope. The company aims to acquire cash-flow and tax-efficient opportunities, providing investors, especially doctors, with the means to grow and preserve wealth outside the stock market. Ascent Equity Group, built by doctors for doctors, leverages decades of experience in multi-family project investments across the country to introduce and onboard new or experienced physicians to their portfolio.

The mission of Ascent Equity Group is to be a reliable touchstone for physicians, allowing them to passively invest and generate returns while being shielded from the day-to-day responsibilities of property management.

In addition to his work with Ascent Equity Group, Pranay has played a key role in creating and teaching an online course called the Passive Real Estate Academy. He has also co-hosted and spoken at two conferences: the Financial Freedom Through Real Estate in Los Angeles, CA from 2019 to 2021, and the Leverage & Growth Summit, an online summit held from 2020 to 2022.

Lastly, Pranay hosts the 'From MD to Entrepreneur' podcast, which provides doctors interested in taking more control of their lives and finances with the tools and resources to embark on their own careers as physician entrepreneurs.
