Erin has close to 20 years progressive experience in human resources, strategic organizational development and alignment, and operations experience in a variety of small/mid-sized businesses and nonprofits.
She obtained her BBA from the University of Georgia. She is certified in Human Resources and has her SHRM-CP and her PHR. She is certified in both MBTI and DiSC. Currently as the Founder & CEO of EdgeBrook Lane, Erin focuses on operations, business development, and organizational culture of EdgeBrook Lane.
