During an eight-year stint at Willis, Lester was consistently among the top five consultants nationally with a niche expertise in large, self-insured plans and intricate knowledge of how to generate “impossible” cost reductions. Lester’s second half at Willis he was Executive Vice-President and Chief Growth Officer for Willis’ Human Capital Practice, where Lester led over 200 consultants in 40 + offices as part of a $350,000,000 practice- Willis’ single largest practice in North America.

A natural at speaking to thousands and marketing visionary, podcast host and change agent, Lester is the Founder & CEO of Next Impact, LLC, a rapidly growing wholesale firm serving the retail broker community and has developed a scalable model focused on education-based, content creation where he shares actual strategies retail brokers can adopt for their clients.

Lester resides in Puerto Rico and in his free time he is most often exercising, finding opportunities to buy back his most precious resource; his time, or giving back to the Puerto Rico community.
