Forth Heffner embarked on this journey due to firsthand experience with the challenges of lacking the necessary tools and confidence for business success. After their father's sudden passing, Forth and his brother were thrust into leadership roles unprepared. Seeking guidance, they turned to consultants and coaches, a decision they consider pivotal. These mentors not only provided confidence and essential tools, but also imparted knowledge in sales techniques, financial planning, and reporting.
However, Forth realized a crucial missing element: company culture. While proficient in sales and financial understanding, without a clearly defined vision, core values, and effective communication, their efforts would be futile.
Fun Facts
I wake up each morning excited about helping inspiring business leaders. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three kids. I'm a big fan of App State Football (and all other sports) and love exploring the High Country!
