With more than 15 years of invaluable experience in insurance sales and sales management, she has significantly contributed to both captive and independent insurance agencies. Her astute analytical skills have been instrumental in developing and implementing strategic plans to align team performance with organizational missions. As an expert in establishing relationships, she has built strong alliances with corporate partners, colleagues, and stakeholders, leading operations toward continuous growth, productivity, and goal achievement.

In her current role as Executive Vice President at MAI Risk Advisors, Heather executes the business plans and achieves P&L results by leading, managing, and holding the team accountable for results.
